Hello! My name is Alexis. I founded BEIJO. Group in 2022 to help others expand Quality of Life through self exploration and discovery.  In my 20+ years as a holistic physician, I have come to realize, both personally & in practice, how vital it is to embrace creative expression, new ideas & authentic experiences in achieving a well balanced life, body, mind, and spirit. As an individual, I have reflected that the most meaningful and inspiring moments of my own life, have occurred in times when my heart was most open to the pure presence of being alive, and being loving.
